Dear Prayer Warriors,
Please remember continue to pray for Josh. His lower jaw is gradually gaining feelings now 8 weeks after the surgery (to fix his TMJ problem, not cosmetic reason). However his upper teeth still are not lined up exactly with his lower teeth so doctor ordered him to wear lots of rubber bands to help with this problem. Pray he would be disciplined to wear them and brush teeth often. He has lost 20 lb now but is eating more than soup stuff, still not crunchy or hard chewing food. You can imagine he won't want to eat any soup for a long long time.
Pray for God's direction concerning his desire to transfer to Art Centre (#1 training place for professional artists) after 3 years in USC as Fine Art major and Animation minor. Now he wants to major in Illustration. It will take him another 3 years to get his B.A. or B.S. from Art Centre. The expanse is very high, beyond we can afford. We need to be sure it's God's will for him to transfer at this point of his studies. This is his final week at SC and then summer vacation will begin. He is looking for a good paid summer job. Please pray for God's provision for him.
Daniel has decided to go to USC this Fall as he has been accepted to their Scholar programs in the Marshall Business College. He was disappointed about the freshman courses which include some of the similar ones that he dislikes in high school, i.e., economics, and social studies. He needs to seek God's plan for his life too whether he should stick to business major or change to another field. What a struggle for a young life of 18! He is working at 2 part-time jobs, one in a book store and another in a clothing shop in the mall. Pray that he will finish well during these last few weeks of high school studies.
My greatest desires are that our sons will walk in God's truth daily. Then they will not miss out on God's best for them.
